Alfaval was established in 2003 by the two members, Mr D. Jendrzejewski (registered professional associated valuers) and Mr L. Musson (registered candidate valuers).

As competent professionals we take pried in our service record of offering private and commercial banks reports that address core issues and values relevant to properties offered as security for loan purposes.

Personnel
Alfaval comprise of one professional associated valuers & candidate valuers and qualified architectural technologist, an office assistant, and two professional associated valuers as contract workers when required.
Our combined experience in the valuation and construction related fields amounts to in excess of 25 years.
