Alfa Valuations is committed towards a fair price negotiation. Our fees are normally based on the Ad Valorem Tariff as published in the gazette of Professional Guideline Fees. With reference to the requestor, their situation, requirements and volumes we will gladly provide for a reduction in fees. It must be noted that the latest update/amendment of this Ad Valorem Fee structure was made during 2010. Alfa valuations also manage the cost for the client where all sundries (certificates, deeds, endorsements, SG plans, zoning certificates and other documentation) and travel is normally included in the fee with no additional cost. Only in exceptional cases will travel and sundries be charged.
